Missing items or missing photos will delay or prevent a replacement claim.
Required Photos for Damaged or Incorrect Items
To qualify for a replacement, you must send all of the following:
1. Photo of the package BEFORE opening

Shipping label fully visible
-
Any dents, rips, tears, holes, or crushed areas clearly shown
2. Photos DURING the opening

Showing the package being opened
-
Showing the inside packaging exactly how it arrived
-
This proves the item wasn’t damaged after opening
3. Photo of the item INSIDE the packaging

Before removing it
-
Showing how it was packed and its condition
4. Close-up photos of the actual issue
Examples:

Misprint

Scratches or tears
-
Wrong color, size, or style
-
Incorrect item received
5. Photo of the packing slip (if included)
Some suppliers include packing slips; if yours does, we need it pictured.
These photo requirements come directly from our print partners.
Requests without these photos cannot be processed.

Order Status
Production time can range from 3–20 business days, depending on seasonal demand and item type.
Tracking will be sent automatically once the order ships.
Requesting a Replacement
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A short description of the problem
Approved replacements are sent at no cost.
