Return & Refund Policy 

Every item in this shop is created on-demand the moment you place your order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted for choosing the wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or changing your mind.

I only replace items when something goes wrong on the production side.


Eligible for a Free Replacement

You qualify for a replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is incorrect or flawed

  • The wrong item was sent

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

  3. A short description of what happened

If approved, we send a replacement at no cost.


Not Eligible

  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Carrier delays

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

  • Normal wear and tear


“I Never Received My Order” Claims

We follow the official tracking scan from the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

The order is considered fulfilled and closed.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Packages delivered to the correct address provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If tracking shows “Lost” or “No Movement”:

We’ll contact the carrier and, once confirmed, issue a replacement.


Signature Confirmation for Higher-Priced Products

Some higher-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
This protects both you and the shop from loss, theft, and fraudulent delivery claims.

If signature confirmation is required:

  • It will be clearly stated at checkout

  • The carrier will not leave the package without a signature

  • Missed delivery attempts must be handled directly with the carrier

Orders returned because the customer did not sign for the package are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.


Fake Orders / Fraud Screening

All orders are automatically screened by our payment and security system.

If an order is flagged as suspicious:

  • It may be placed on hold

  • We may request identity verification

  • The order may be canceled entirely if payment cannot be confirmed

Refunds for fraudulent orders will only occur once the payment provider confirms legitimacy.

If they make a mistake, we fix it fast.
If the order is printed correctly and delivered to the address provided, the sale is final.
