This website is operated by PortalGrove.

Throughout these Terms, “PortalGrove,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PortalGrove. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.

By visiting this website, using its features, or purchasing from PortalGrove, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree with these Terms.

Using Our Website

You may use the PortalGrove website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material

  • Collect information from the website through unauthorized automated methods

Products and Product Information

PortalGrove makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, sizing information, and other details accurately.

  • Printing or manufacturing methods

  • Reasonable variations between individual products

Product images may be enlarged or arranged to show detail.

A material difference between the item received and the product description may qualify for review under our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Availability

Products and product options may be changed, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

Availability may change after an order is submitted. If an ordered product becomes unavailable before it can be fulfilled, PortalGrove may:

  • Offer a reasonable substitute with your approval

  • Remove and refund the unavailable item

  • Cancel and refund the affected order

We will contact you using the email address provided during checkout when action is needed.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted generally applies to that order, subject to correction of clear pricing or listing errors.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing, contact, and shipping information.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be completed by Shopify or another payment provider. PortalGrove does not receive or store complete payment-card information when it is processed by those providers.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

PortalGrove may review, limit, refuse, or cancel an order for reasonable business purposes, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment authorization problems

  • Incomplete billing or shipping information

  • Unusual order activity

  • Suspected unauthorized or unlawful transactions

  • Quantity limitations

  • An inability to fulfill the order

An order is generally accepted when it has entered preparation or has been confirmed for fulfillment.

If PortalGrove cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Listing Errors

Occasionally, a product may be displayed with an incorrect price, description, image, promotion, or availability status.

PortalGrove may correct these errors and may cancel an affected order, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, PortalGrove will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order preparation may begin shortly after purchase.

Contact us immediately at support@portalgrove.shop if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Requests are not guaranteed. Once preparation begins, an order generally cannot be canceled or changed.

This includes changes to:

  • Product

  • Design

  • Color

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

Shipping and Delivery

PortalGrove currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states.

Order-preparation times, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, multiple shipments, carrier delays, and lost-package procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless PortalGrove expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

All returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item claims, and delivery claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

Where there is a conflict between a general statement in these Terms and a more specific rule in the Return & Refund Policy, the more specific policy will apply to the return, refund, or claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to:

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Product exclusions

  • Minimum purchases

  • Start and end dates

  • Quantity limits

  • Availability

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Discount codes have no cash value

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed

  • Promotional offers may be changed or ended before use

PortalGrove may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a clear mistake, misuse, or technical error.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the PortalGrove name, logo, branding, product designs, artwork, written content, graphics, photographs, page layouts, and other original website materials belong to PortalGrove or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially use protected PortalGrove content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, message, suggestion, or other content to PortalGrove, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • It does not violate another person’s rights

  • It does not contain unlawful, threatening, or malicious material

You retain ownership of your original content.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you give PortalGrove permission to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with the website, products, customer support, and reasonable business promotion.

PortalGrove may remove content that violates these Terms or is unrelated, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or contains private information.

No Waiver

If PortalGrove does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean the provision has been waived.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies linked on our website, form the agreement between PortalGrove and the customer regarding use of the website and purchases from PortalGrove.
