By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have full legal permission from the cardholder to complete the transaction.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders shipped to outdated addresses

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer error

Products & Availability

All items are made-to-order. Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance are normal for print-on-demand production.

Products, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Order Processing

Once an order begins production, it cannot be canceled.
Print-on-demand manufacturing begins almost immediately after checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

If your order is canceled, we will notify you via the email on file.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided directly by our U.S. print partners and carriers.
Delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Signature Confirmation for Higher-Priced Items

For certain higher-value products, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
If a package requires a signature and the customer does not sign:

  • No refunds

  • No replacements

  • Re-shipment (if requested) will require new shipping payment

This protects against delivery fraud and stolen-package claims.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.

  • No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size

  • Replacements only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

  • “Delivered” tracking scans are final
