Shipping Policy (Realistic POD Version)

Order Processing & Production Times

Every item in this shop is made-to-order.
Because our print partners create each product individually, production can take anywhere from 3–20 business days, depending on:

  • order volume

  • product type

  • seasonal demand

  • supplier workload

  • shipping carrier delays

Most orders usually ship within 7–12 business days, but during busy seasons (holidays, sales, high-volume spikes), production may extend up to 20 business days or more.

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is completed.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days (if available)

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier delays are outside our control.


Combined Total Delivery Time

Production time + shipping time = full delivery timeline.

Example:
If production takes 14 business days and shipping takes 6 business days, your total delivery time is 20 business days.

This is normal for print-on-demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates come directly from our print partners and carriers.
We do not manually control these prices.

All shipping fees will be shown at checkout.


Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • We cannot refund the order

  • We cannot replace the order for free

  • A new shipping fee will apply if the order is returned to us (not all carriers return packages)

Double-check your address before completing checkout.


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking updates are provided once the order ships.

If tracking says “Delivered”:

The order is considered complete.
No refunds or free replacements if the package is:

  • stolen

  • lost after delivery

  • delivered to the correct address but not found

  • taken by someone else at the home

If you suspect theft, contact your local carrier and authorities.

If tracking shows “Lost” or “Stuck”:

We will contact the carrier for investigation.
A replacement may be issued once the loss is confirmed.


Signature Confirmation (High-Value Orders)

Some higher-priced items may require a signature upon delivery.

If the customer does not sign:

  • No refund

  • No free replacement

  • New shipping fee must be paid for reshipment

This protects against delivery fraud and stolen-package claims.


Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive separately because different products may be produced by different partners.

You will receive tracking for each shipment.


International Duties & Taxes

Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusing a package due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund.
